Dr. Kirsten Grüneberg, Co-Founder of Grüneberg and Myers, achieved a place on the IAM Strategy 300 list, issued last week by Intellectual Asset Management (IAM) magazine.

The IAM Strategy 300 list provides an elite roster of individuals “shown to possess world-class skills in the development and roll-out of strategies that maximise the value of patents, copyright, trademarks and other IP rights.” In making selections for this list, IAM looks only to individuals nominated by at least three people outside of their own organizations. The selection process then vets nominees through discussions with senior corporate IP managers across the globe. This process eliminates most nominees, leaving “only those individuals who possess exceptional skill sets – as well as profound insights into the development, creation and management of IP value.”

In listing Dr. Grüneberg on this highly exclusive ranking, IAM stated that she obtains patent protection of a scope that is “consistently broader than clients’ reasonable expectations,” characterizing her work as “superb.” Additionally, as to her co-founding role at the Grüneberg and Myers firm, IAM comments that she “runs an excellent, consistent and reasonably priced team.”

IAM has also listed Dr. Grüneberg repeatedly in their IAM Patent 1000 list of the world’s leading patent professionals, where it has also listed the firm as a recommend firm for patent prosecution.
