Grüneberg and Myers listed among world's top patent firms in IAM 1000

Intellectual Asset Management magazine released its annual guide to the world’s top patent practitioners last week. Grüneberg and Myers was named as a recommended firm for patent prosecution in only its 3rd year in business.

In the highly competitive Washington, DC area, Grüneberg and Myers received a place in the IAM 1000 DC-area listings. Fewer than 30 other firms made the patent prosecution list, which also includes several multicity and multinational AmLaw 100 firms.

IAM describes the firm as “[a] model of flexibility, speed, cost effectiveness and quality” which is “forward-looking” and which “has been structuring robust protection for a host of global companies across multiple industries.” IAM’s 2020 listings also quote clients they interviewed as lauding the firm’s “quick, straightforward but thorough advice” and observing that our attorneys “achieve[] the maximum scope of protection in the most efficient way.”

The firm’s full team of experienced attorneys and staff receive the credit for the IAM 1000 listing. “Without sharp, diligent staff who really care about our clients and a group of highly-experienced and deeply-knowledgeable attorneys, IAM would not have listed the firm,” noted Managing and Co-Founding Partner Dr. Kirsten Grüneberg.

A resource for identifying world-class patent attorneys in private practice, the IAM Patent 1000 bases its list not just on buzz, but on interviews with clients and other practicing patent attorneys. The quantitatively-evaluated listings account for depth of knowledge, market presence, level of work, and positive peer and client feedback.
